Role Summary
- Provide first-level technical support for IT infrastructure, dialer systems, and user issues to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic server issues
- Troubleshoot network issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, TCP/IP)
- Support VoIP dialer systems (Five9, Genesys, RingCentral, etc.)
- Resolve login issues, password resets, email (Google Workspace/Outlook)
- Monitor system alerts and escalate critical issues
- Assist in IVR flow issues and agent login problems
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software issues
Required Skills
- Basic networking (IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Windows OS basic server knowledge
- VoIP / Dialer troubleshooting
- Ticketing tools (Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.)
- Good communication problem-solving
