Comfortable working Night Shifts (Either US Eastern or US Pacific Time Zone)
o US Eastern 6:30pm - 3:30am IST
o US Pacific 8:30pm - 5:30am IST
Able to understand US accent

Minimum 3 years Experience in Core IT Field

Willing & Intend to work & stay with firm for long term

Job Role
o Will be focused & dedicated primarily towards major vendors such as Dell, Cisco, VMware etc.
o Will be responsible for identifying the right opportunity, quoting alternates/replacements.
o Will need to have customer interaction for all process/sales related queries/concerns that arise on a daily basis.
o Will be responsible for achieving annual allocated revenue numbers, increasing profitability on individual deals.
o Will be responsible for maintaining relationships & authorizations, updating certifications, facilitating deal registrations, etc.
o Will need to keep track of all rebates, backends generating from sales.
o Will be responsible to address any case or issues generated through contracts.
o Will be responsible for technical certifications & training and keeping the organization up to date with required partner levels would be the main responsibility. Tracking all vendor partner levels and executing on or before time
