Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various IT positions within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, Job Portals and other online platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
  • Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A), PGDM, PGP, Master of Public Administration (MPA), Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS), Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX)
