Hiring IT Recruiter

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter. As HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent to support our company's growth and success. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and recruit candidates for various positions within the organization through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Job Posting & Screening: Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective candidates, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process.
• Job Offer & Negotiation: Prepare job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and handle candidate inquiries related to job offers and employment terms.
• Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: Fresher till 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
