Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Hiring role based in Puducherry. The role involves collaborating with department managers to identify hiring needs, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing talent through various platforms, and coordinating interviews and selection processes. The Hiring Specialist will also support onboarding processes, maintain a talent pipeline, and contribute to internal HR projects as needed to enhance organizational growth and diversity.
