About the Role

Qloron Technology is looking for a motivated and proactive HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an interest in recruitment, and a good understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and workplace policies. Smart freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and prepare accurate Job Descriptions (JDs).
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Screen candidates based on technical job descriptions and basic competency.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to interview, offer, negotiation, and closure.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, cold calling, technology forums, databases, and employee referrals.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
• Prepare recruitment dashboards and maintain MIS reports for Talent Acquisition activities.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new joiners.
• Support HR policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Handle employee queries and support employee relations matters.
• Manage and maintain HRMS records.
• Support management with employee-related matters including attendance, absence, performance concerns, and exits.
• Assist with attrition and retention analysis.
• Manage leave and attendance processes.
• Organize corporate events and employee engagement activities.
• Support awareness and compliance initiatives related to POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment).

• 6 months to 1 year of HR/Recruitment experience preferred.
• Smart freshers can apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Sound knowledge of POSH and workplace conduct policies.
• Strong interest in recruitment and HR.
• Comfortable with candidate calling, sourcing, screening, and follow-ups.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and grow with Qloron Technology.
