Own user growth, retention, and monetization using MoEngage.

Responsibilities

* Build user journeys (onboarding → retention → reactivation)

* Improve Day 1 / Day 7 retention

* Run push, in-app, email campaigns

* Analyze data (funnels, cohorts, LTV)

* Increase engagement, watch time & revenue

Requirements

* 3–7 years in Growth / CRM

* Strong hands-on with MoEngage

* Experience in apps (OTT / Gaming / D2C preferred)

* Data-driven, execution-focused
