Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project System (PS) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP PS and working knowledge of SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM). The candidate will support project planning, budgeting, execution, cost control, revenue tracking, settlement, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP PS, including Project Definitions, WBS Elements, Networks, Activities, and Milestones.
• Handle project cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, execution monitoring, and settlement.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Support configuration, testing, defect resolution, deployment, go-live, and hypercare.
• Work on SAP PS integrations with FI/CO, MM, SD, PM/EAM, and HCM/CATS.
• Support project costing, revenue tracking, financial planning, and reporting.
• Coordinate with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, forms, and reports.
• Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation.

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 5 years of relevant SAP PS functional experience.
• At least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Project System.
• Strong knowledge of project cost planning, budgeting, availability control, settlement, and investment projects.
• Integration experience with SAP FI/CO, MM, and SD.
• Strong requirement-gathering and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM).
• SAP PPM/EPPM.
• SAP Fiori project management apps.
• SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, utilities, or capital projects.
• Embedded Analytics or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline. SAP PS certification is an advantage.
