Location: Velachery, Chennai

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F)

Customer Support Officer International Non-Voice Process

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer chats and emails (inbound & outbound).
• Resolve customer issues effectively and provide accurate information.
• Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduates from any discipline (Freshers eligible).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Flexible to work in rotational night shifts (any 9 hours).
• 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs.

Work Mode: Work from Office.

• Transportation: Two-way cab provided (within 17 km radius).
• Food: Provided based on shift timings.
• Salary: 2 LPA 3 LPA (based on experience).

Payout: As per agreement (International Voice / Non-Voice Process).
