Description

This role is for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start their career in the banking sector at a top private bank in India. The position involves assisting customers with their banking needs and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with account inquiries and transactions.
Provide information about banking products and services to clients.
Help in resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Participate in training programs to enhance banking knowledge and customer service skills.
Support the branch team in achieving sales targets and objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
