Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing excellent customer service always
- Handle check-in and boarding procedures, ensuring all necessary documents are in order
- Assist with baggage handling and loading/unloading of luggage
- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings always
- Collaborate with other airport staff and departments to maintain smooth operations
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Adhere to all airport and company policies and procedures Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy luggage
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
