Hiring For US IT Recruiter - Direct Client

esponsibilities:

1. Experience level 1 to 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment
2. Extensive experience working on Direct Clients like FINRA, NJM, Moodys, Nasdaq, and Banking Finance Clients
3. Strong experience working on VMS/MSP models- Fieldglass, IQNavigator, Beeline, Prowand
4. Adept knowledge on Tax Terms- W2, Corp to Corp, 1099
5. Adept Knowledge of Work Authorizations/Visas- USC, GC, EADs, H1B, and H1B transfer process
6. Experienced with the complete lifecycle of Recruitment- from Sourcing, Screening, Interviews, Closures, and maintenance of candidates until their life at Compunnel.
7. Strong hold on various technologies, backend, Frontend, databases, programming languages, AI, ML, Data Scientists, DevOps, etc.
8. Someone with excellent communication skills who is innovative and open to new Challenges.
9. Someone who has a passion for recruiting and making incentives and not just here for a 7 to 4 job for salary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on the IT Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with consultants and clients
