Customer Service: Customer service refers tothe assistance an organization offers to its customers before or after they buy or use products or services.

Voice Process: voice processinvolves customer interaction via telephone, where agents handle inbound calls for support or inquiries and outbound calls for sales, surveys, or follow-ups.This process is a key part of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

Non Voice/ Chat Process : chat process refers toa type of customerserviceor support operation where interactions with customers are conducted through online chat platforms or messaging applications.

EDM (Employee Data Management) : Provides administrative support to HR Team. HR Operations responsibilities include managing employee life-cycle processes as well as assisting general administrative duties. Role is responsible for reporting and using data to identify operational inefficiencies and helps to recommend and improve or innovate processes to keep them as effective and efficient as possible.

Process : International Customer Service (Voice & Chat) & EDM (Employee Data Management)

Location : Mumbai & Pune

Salary & Benefits : Min. 3.85 LPA- Upto 6 LPA, 5 Days working | Rotational Shifts and Offs Cabs available

Eligibility: Any UG/ Grad/ PG Freshers and with min. 1 yr. to max. 5 yrs. of exp can apply (Exp required in above mentioned profiles)
