Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Sales Executive Business Development Officer located in Noida. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, managing leads, explaining financial products, and assisting customers in selecting the right financial product. The role also includes maintaining records of customer interactions, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team to generate business.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of financial products such as loans, mortgages, and credit cards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in tele-sales or a similar role is advantageous
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
