Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer with experience in data warehousing, Power BI projects, and working with data and business teams at the CXO level. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating user-friendly and informative documentation that supports the development and implementation of our data analytics and business intelligence solutions. This includes writing technical guides, user manuals, release notes, and other documentation that will be used by our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality technical documentation: Develop clear, concise, and accurate documentation that explains complex technical concepts and processes related to data warehousing, Power BI, and business intelligence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, business analysts, and CXO-level stakeholders to understand their needs and develop documentation that meets their requirements. Develop user-friendly documentation: Create documentation that is easy to understand for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including user manuals, guides, and release notes. Maintain documentation standards: Ensure that all documentation meets our company's standards for quality, consistency, and style. Conduct research and interviews: Conduct research and interviews with subject matter experts to gather information and insights that will inform the development of documentation. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Stay current with the latest developments in data analytics and business intelligence, including new technologies, tools, and methodologies. Develop and maintain documentation templates: Create and maintain documentation templates that can be used across multiple projects and teams. Provide training and support: Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on the use of our data analytics and business intelligence solutions.
