Hiring for Technical Recruiter for world's number 1 data analytics company

We are hiring for our reputed client, the world's No.1 data analytics company, with a captive centre in Pune.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruiter with 35 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a corporate environment, preferably within IT Product companies, and should be skilled in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and driving the hiring process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding support.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Conduct initial screening and evaluation of candidates to assess technical fit, cultural alignment, and role suitability.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panel members.

Maintain strong stakeholder communication with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide regular recruitment updates.

Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and closure of candidates.

Track and maintain recruitment data in ATS or recruitment trackers., preferably iCIMS

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and hiring timelines.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

35 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in IT Product companies (eq-Tibco, salesforce etc.)

Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and offer management.

Experience working in a corporate Talent Acquisition team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.

Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive, positive attitude with strong ownership mindset.

Familiarity with ATS tools (preferably iCIMS) and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn , Naukri, etc.
