About the Role
The Team Leader – UK Recruitment & Stakeholder Management will be responsible for leading a recruitment team delivering end‑to‑end hiring support for the UK market. This role requires strong people leadership, hands-on recruitment expertise, and effective stakeholder management to ensure timely, high-quality hiring aligned with business needs .
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & People Management
- Sourcing , Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters focused on UK hiring requirements
- Allocate workloads, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of individual
- Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, coaching, and development planning
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team
UK Recruitment Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for UK roles
- Ensure accurate job briefings, sourcing strategies, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Maintain adherence to UK employment laws, compliance, and best recruitment practices
- Drive continuous improvement in time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for UK hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Build strong working relationships to understand workforce plans, priorities, and role requirements
- Provide regular updates, insights, and recruitment metrics to stakeholders
- Proactively manage expectations and resolve escalations professionally
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in UK recruitment
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management abilities
- Good understanding of UK employment legislation and hiring practices
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team lead role
- Experience managing high-volume or specialist UK hiring portfolios (preferred)
- Exposure to ATS platforms and recruitment reporting tools
