  • Job Location: Bangalore/Mysore
  • Shifts: Night Shift
  • Experience: Min 5 years (Team Handling experience Mandatory)
  • Role: Process Lead/Team lead

About the Role

The Team Leader – UK Recruitment & Stakeholder Management will be responsible for leading a recruitment team delivering end‑to‑end hiring support for the UK market. This role requires strong people leadership, hands-on recruitment expertise, and effective stakeholder management to ensure timely, high-quality hiring aligned with business needs .

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & People Management

  • Sourcing , Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters focused on UK hiring requirements
  • Allocate workloads, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of individual
  • Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, coaching, and development planning
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team

UK Recruitment Delivery

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for UK roles
  • Ensure accurate job briefings, sourcing strategies, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
  • Maintain adherence to UK employment laws, compliance, and best recruitment practices
  • Drive continuous improvement in time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for UK hiring managers and key stakeholders
  • Build strong working relationships to understand workforce plans, priorities, and role requirements
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and recruitment metrics to stakeholders
  • Proactively manage expectations and resolve escalations professionally

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in UK recruitment
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management abilities
  • Good understanding of UK employment legislation and hiring practices
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team lead role
  • Experience managing high-volume or specialist UK hiring portfolios (preferred)
  • Exposure to ATS platforms and recruitment reporting tools
