Job Title: Team Leader
Job Overview
The Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to achieve
goals and objectives of the organization. They work closely with team members to provide
guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful project completion. The Team Leader is
responsible for monitoring team performance, providing feedback and coaching to team
members, and ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
