Hiring for Supply Chain Planning Operations - UK Shift - Chennai
Key Job Responsibilities
- Independently develop, manage, and adjust the supply plan for various products based on the demand forecast and inventory policy. Experience of working in Supply Chain.
- Regularly review and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations, making necessary adjustments in real-time. Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and Analytical tools.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, managing contracts, negotiations, and pricing. Good to have exposure to ERPs and Supply Chain Planning tools/technology e.g. SAP , Oracle, Logility, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Anaplan etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, production, and finance to align supply and demand forecasts. Ability to perform basic analysis based on SOP/ direction from supervisor.
- Regularly review and analyze supply chain data to identify potential issues, risks, or opportunities for process improvements. Ability to communicate with client, internal teams and suppliers.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
Preferred Candidate
Experience in Demand Planning to Supply Distribution
Ex: Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply distribution, Logistics
Preferably SAP MM / PP module experience
