Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and manage customer queries efficiently
  • Provide Level 2 support, resolving complex customer issues
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on customer concerns
  • Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer retention

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Prior experience in a voice-based customer care role, preferably Level 2 support
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
  • Customer-centric approach with good interpersonal skills
