Description
We are seeking a Senior Customer Support Expert to join our Level 3 support team
The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in customer support, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service and resolving complex issues. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to our support team's success.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and address product-related issues.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
- Train and mentor junior support staff to enhance team performance.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback for product improvements.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-7 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and customers with professionalism.
- Familiarity with technical support processes and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
