Description

We are seeking a Senior Customer Support Expert to join our Level 3 support team

The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in customer support, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service and resolving complex issues. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to our support team's success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and address product-related issues.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
  • Train and mentor junior support staff to enhance team performance.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback for product improvements.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-7 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and customers with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with technical support processes and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
