We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the Semi Voice Process role, suitable for freshers/entry-level candidates. This position involves engaging with customers to provide excellent support and assistance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through voice communication to provide support and assistance.
• Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Experience : Fresher - 6 Mon

Qualification : Any Degree/ Any Graduate

Package - 2.4 - 4LPA

Passed Out: 2020-2025

Location- Bengaluru

Requirement : Good Communication / Basic Computer Knowledge
