Position: Senior Sales Manager E-Commerce (Outbound BPO)

Industry: Nutraceutical / D2C / COD E-Commerce

Brands: Herbalaxe / ByHerbal

Role Objective: To lead, optimize, and scale outbound sales operations for nutraceutical COD products by driving higher delivery percentage, stronger revenue per agent, lower RTO, and disciplined sales systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage 2550 outbound sales agents.

Achieve monthly revenue targets (50L+ scale).

Improve delivery rate (DL%) and reduce RTO.

Develop and optimize outbound sales scripts.

Increase average order value via upselling and combo selling.

Conduct daily performance meetings and weekly training.

Monitor conversion metrics and submit daily/weekly MIS reports.

Coordinate with logistics for dispatch and delivery improvement.

Required Experience:

5+ years in D2C / E-commerce / COD Sales.

Minimum 2+ years managing 20+ agents.

Experience in nutraceutical, beauty, or wellness preferred.

Strong understanding of Indian COD consumer behavior.

Key Skills:

Revenue-focused leadership mindset.

Strong data analysis and reporting ability.

Team coaching and performance discipline.

Lead allocation and conversion optimization expertise.

KPI Expectations (First 90 Days):

Improve delivery rate by minimum 10%.

Increase revenue per agent by 20%.

Reduce underperforming segment and build strong A-team.

Create predictable and scalable monthly revenue structure.

Compensation Structure:

Base Salary: 30,000 45,000

(Based on experience).
