Job Description

The Sales Executive will interact with customers via inbound and outbound calls to sell products such as credit cards, insurance, and travel packages. The role requires strong sales skills, customer engagement, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Interface with customers via inbound and outbound calls for product sales
  • Greet customers courteously and professionally using standard procedures
  • Clarify customer requirements and confirm understanding before offering solutions
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Use CRM software and sales tools to maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Candidate Profile

  • Undergraduate or fresher candidates can apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Prior experience in BPO sales or customer service is desirable
  • Strong persuasive and convincing skills
