- Perform robot teaching and programming for welding and other industrial applications
- Create, modify, and optimize robot programs (ABB FANUC)
- Conduct robot path teaching, touch-up, and fine-tuning
- Set up welding applications including torch alignment and basic welding parameter understanding
- Perform dry runs, cycle time optimization, and quality validation
- Support on-site installation and commissioning activities
- Troubleshoot robot programs and resolve application issues
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and PLC teams
- Ensure safety standards during robot operation and commissioning
- Provide basic training to operators at customer sites
Technical Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ABB and FANUC robots
- Knowledge of robotic welding applications (MIG/TIG/Spot Welding preferred)
- Understanding of robot coordinate systems and tool calibration
- Basic knowledge of PLC interfacing preferred
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and layouts
