- Must be a graduate
- Age - Upto 35 years old
- Must have a good communication skill
- Candidates from Direct Channel are welcome with minimum 2 years experience
Job Role :
- Achieve new business and customer retention targets.
- Drive branch and LBS activation.
- Build a strong lead-generation network across branches.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banking channel partners.
- Conduct joint field calls with BM/LBS and support them in achieving targets.
- Support the submission, pendency and issuance process.
- Implement local business development and sales initiatives.
- Maintain a healthy traditional product mix.
