We are seeking a highly skilled PEGA CDH V24.2 Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing PEGA applications, with a focus on customer engagement solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of PEGA's capabilities and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement PEGA CDH solutions for clients based on their requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and configure PEGA applications to enhance customer engagement.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of PEGA applications to ensure functionality and performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest PEGA CDH features and best practices to optimize application performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-12 years of experience in PEGA development and implementation, specifically with PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH) V24.2.
- Proficiency in PEGA PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and its application development.
- Strong knowledge of customer engagement strategies and data analytics.
- Experience with integration of PEGA applications with external systems using REST/SOAP services.
- Understanding of business process management (BPM) principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
