HCL is hiring for order management (telecom domain) | Experience level: 1-4 years only

We seek a Telecom Order Management professional with strong hands-on experience managing complex telecom orders end to end.

Expertise required in Ethernet, PIP circuits, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), and Access Circuits, with solid provisioning knowledge.

Role involves close coordination with LEC/PTT providers, provisioning teams, and managing milestones, fallouts, and escalations.

Strong customer-facing skills with a focus on SLAs, delivery excellence, and stakeholder management are essential.

Location: Bangalore | 5 days WFO | Night shifts (5:30 PM–2:30 AM / 6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST).
