Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front office operations, incoming calls, emails, visitors, and correspondence.

• Maintain records, files, office documents, agreements, and administrative registers.

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel schedules, and internal communications.

• Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, quotations, invoices, and official documents.

• Support HR activities including interview scheduling, onboarding documentation, attendance coordination, and employee records.

• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and clients.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration and operational support.
