We are seeking a skilled recruiter to join our team at Max Life Insurance, where you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting the best talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

Conduct recruitment drives to identify potential candidates for various roles within Max Life Insurance.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates fit for the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide them with suitable candidates.
Maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
