Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving system issues.
Networking: Understanding of mainframe networking concepts and protocols.
System Utilities: Familiarity with various z/OS utilities and tools.
Performance Tuning: Skills in optimizing system performance and resource utilization.
