• The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, leveraging AI and automation to enhance productivity and business processes. This role involves leading development projects, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem

Experience

• 8 to 12 Years of Experience (In Microsoft 365 Technologies)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex applications and solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot.

• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.

• Develop and manage automation scripts and workflows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

• Integrate Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions with other Microsoft 365 applications and services, such as SharePoint, Teams, and Power Automate.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the functionality, reliability, and performance of applications.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft 365 and AI technologies, incorporating new features and best practices into development processes.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of deliverables.

• Document application architectures, technical specifications, and best practices.
