Job Description
Position: Analyst / Senior Analyst (Corporate Ratings) The analyst will be responsible to handle the External Credit Rating process of our corporate clients, present their case to CRA and get the best possible rating. The role of the analyst will include Business, financial and Industry analysis of the corporate clients from Credit Rating perspective
Preparing financial models and Credit Rating assessment notes/reports
Resolving queries of the Credit Rating agency Coordinate with the Corporates and Credit Rating agency for information collation, dissemination and support them throughout the process
Handling the end-to-end process and ensure timely completion. Skills Required Analytical: Financial Modeling & Ratio analysis, Business analysis
Technical: Excel (financial modeling), Word and Power Point (Report writing and presentation)
Educational Qualification: CA/CFA/MBA (Finance)/MCom
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Credit Rating Agency or Banks or Financial Institutions or debt syndication / advisory. Idle candidate should have handled mid and large corporates with turnover of more than Rs.100crores, prepared financial models / CMA/ Projections, Rating reports or Credit Analysis Memorandum.
