Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies supporting recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development.
  • Oversee the design, creation, and delivery of training programs across online and in-person formats.
  • Conduct skill gap analyses, measure training effectiveness, and report progress to leadership.
  • Manage learning technologies, including LMS platforms, and coordinate with external training vendors for quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry and organizational learning standards.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, development, and knowledge sharing across all teams.

Main Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, ideally within the staffing or HR industry.
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (L&D certification preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent project management and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align learning programs to organizational goals.
