Hiring For IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT positions in pharma/healthcare.
• Understand client requirements and create effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and ATS updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
