Job role: Customer support associate

Qualification: Undergraduate/ graduate

Experience: 1 to 5 yrs

Salary: upto 5 lpa ( 50k joining bonus after 3 months)

Location: Koramangala

2 way cabs will be provided upto 20 km radius.

Note: We are looking for only immediate joiners!!

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Customer support: Provide support to customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and troubleshooting problems
  • Customer relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Complaint resolution: Handle customer complaints and provide solutions within time limits
  • Communication: Communicate with customers via calls.
