Job Description


We are currently seeking a candidate with 1-6 years of experience in International Voice Process to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


  • Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers in an efficient and professional manner
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics such as call quality, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with team members to identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures

Location- Yerwada, Pune

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-6 years of experience in international voice process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • HSC in any discipline
