Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers professionally.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions in a timely manner .
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Provide product, service, or account-related information to customers.
- Follow company policies and maintain quality standards in every interaction .
- Update customer information and call details in CRM systems .
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets set by the organization.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
