Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients across various platforms.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a International BPO or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
