Job Title: International voice process

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: Night Shifts

Job Description: We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as International Voice - Customer Support Executives withExcellent communication.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Fresher or any BPO related experience. (10+2 undergraduates can apply)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints.
  • Providing information about products and services.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
