This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our international clientele through online chat. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt and effective chat support to international customers.
Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting via chat.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple chats simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
Prior experience in customer service or chat support is a plus (1-6 years of experience).
