Job Title: Voice International Process Customer Support Executive
Job Location (Post-Offer): Kolkata & Indore
Work Mode: Work from Home (After initial 45 weeks training from office)
Timings: Night Shift (US timings) with cab facility
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-10+2 / 10+3 diploma or graduate in any discipline.
-Excellent verbal communication skills (mandatory).
-Willingness to work in US night shifts.
-Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications.
