Hiring For Inbound Process/ Pure Customer Service/ International BPO

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound interactions for international customers professionally
• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or processes
• Maintain proper documentation and follow standard operating procedures
• Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards set by the organization
• Adapt to 5 days rotational shifts with 2 rotational weekly offs
• Collaborate with internal teams when required to ensure issue resolution

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresher and experienced candidates are eligible to apply
• Any graduate or undergraduate can be considered as per process requirements
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs
• Comfortable working in an international process environment

Work Schedule

• 5 days working (rotational shifts)
• 2 rotational weekly offs
