Ideal Candidate Profile

Pune / Nashik / Nagpur location; age below 33 years.

Graduate qualification for non-technical profiles with 1 year field sales experience;

technical graduates such as BCA/BTech/MTech/BSc are acceptable where relevant;

minimum 2 years of field sales experience on papers.

Preferred experience: insurance sales, BFSI sales and Life Insurance sales.

Pharma sales / Distribution sales will work.

Two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Strong relationship-building, networking, communication, people management and

coaching ability are important.

Candidates should be comfortable with targets, daily activity, advisor development and

client-facing field work.
