- Advertise open positions:Post job openings on relevant platforms and ensure they are visible to potential candidates.
3. Screening and Evaluating Candidates:
- Review resumes and applications:Screen applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the requirements of the job.
- Conduct initial phone screens:Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews:Arrange interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Evaluate candidates:Assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and other assessments.
