About the role:

We're seeking a proactive and driven Employee Relations (ER) Intern to join our Human Resources team. Recent MBA Candidates who are passionate about employee engagement, Conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace culture are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the ER team in handling employee grievances and concerns professionally and confidentially.
• Support documentation and record-keeping for employee relations cases.
• Assist in the implementation of HR Policies and compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and feedback mechanisms.
• Provide support for internal audits, investigations and compliance checks.

Requirements:

• MBA With a specialization in HR or Related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good understanding of HR Principles, Labor laws and employee relations practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
• Eager to learn
