CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Source and recruit specialized logistics talent, including customs clearance experts, route development managers, pricing analysts, and field operations staff.
2) Performance & Compensation: Design KPIs and incentive models tailored to freight-specific metrics (e.g., quote conversions, on-time documentation, and margin retention).
3) Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, shop & establishment acts, and safety regulations required for warehouse and port operations.
4) Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and facilitate training in supply chain compliance and essential freight software
5) Employee Retention & Culture: Build career progression pathways to prevent career stagnation and minimize attrition in high-turnover roles.
