About the role:

Global Healthcare is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Employee Relations Executive to join our team in Velachery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement, managing employee relation issues and ensuring compliance with HR Policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acts as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
• Handle employee queries related to HR Policies, compensation and benefits
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws and employee morale.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with Indian labor laws and HR best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business administration or related field.
• More than 1 plus years of experience preferably in Employee relations or generalist role.
• With No Recruitment Experience.
