Hiring For Fullstack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust front-end interfaces using React JS or React Native
• Build and maintain back-end services and APIs using Java, Python, PHP, .Net, or Node.js
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across the full stack
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues across services and tech stacks
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Ensure responsiveness of applications and a seamless user experience

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6+ years of full stack development experience

Front-End:

• React JS or React Native – 4+ years of hands-on experience

Back-End (any one):

• Java, Python, PHP, .Net, or Node.js – 4+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices
• Good grasp of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
