Job Description/Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly professional, motivated and detail-oriented to join the Global Contracts Admin team.

As an analyst, requirement is to co-ordinate with sales, endorsers & signatories for contract creation/amendment/extension as per Sales Contract Management System (SCMS),

To send reminders to sales on contract expiration,

Timely Block/Unblock of an account/contract upon expiry or creation of the contract,

Storage of soft & hard copy of fully executed contract, endorsement as per Record Management guidelines

Requirement:

Proficient in French/German/Italian & English (Read & Write)

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate

To be quick learner

To be good in soft skills (Excellent Communication, Strong attention to details, Time management, Adaptability, presentation Skills & Team worker)

Computer skill: Good in Outlook, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Ready to work in European Shifts

Additional Requirement:

Technical Skills: Basic Knowledge of Contract management
